2013. The growing development of tourism in Apulia and the increasingly widespread philosophy of 'slow tourism' led to the mapping of itineraries to be cycled from the Gargano to Salento.  The creation of a boxed set containing 14 itineraries from the Gargano to Salento with maps and road maps, bike-friendly reception centres, bike workshops for technical assistance and a dedicated bilingual website.
